Ruva holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Case Western Reserve University. She specializes in process design and optimization, with hands-on work enhancing carbon-based recovery processes.

She is focused on advancing PFAS removal technologies and optimizing particle performance for water treatment applications. Ruva also integrates environmental and OSHA-focused safety principles into experimental design and process development to ensure efficient and compliant operations at CoreWater Technologies.
